Girl, 13, Beaten to Death for Refusing to Get Married


Tragically, in many parts of modern Africa girls still suffer from forced marriage. This Kenyan girl, only 13, was going to be a 60-year-old man’s sixth wife. When she objected, she was 'punished' with a fatal beating, and the purpotraters received only a fine.
